Hello! My name is Mitch Wanner and I will be the Physical Education teacher at O.H. Anderson Elementary School for the 2022-2023 school year. I’m very excited to begin another year in Mahtomedi and provide fitness activities that are beneficial and enjoyable for the students.

This year your child will have P.E. once each week.
Please have your student bring sneakers/ tennis shoes to class. If possible, please have your student keep an extra pair at school. This is so students can stay safe, comfortable, and able to fully participate in all activities.

The expectations for P.E. include that students are continually moving, safe, and principled in the gym. By following these guidelines we will create a positive environment for all to learn.

Thank you for reading my letter and please reach out to contact me with any questions with my information below. I'm looking forward to having a great year of fitness!

Sincerely,

Mitch Wanner
